ABOUT US

We are a cleantech company developing chemical-based technologies to recycle and reuse advanced materials.

We strive to empower our community and inspire green-economy innovation by creating an agile, dynamic and collaborative workspace. Our R&D is conducted in our laboratories in Bristol and Luxembourg. Our reach is global.

Discover our Vision, Mission, and Values below

  • To lead the way in circular economy innovation, creating a future where advanced materials are never wasted.

  • To revolutionize the recycling of advanced materials and give our customers a greener pathway for their waste.

We believe in circular economy, and where others see problems, we see opportunities. Our green technologies aim to retain and reclaim material value from advanced material waste streams. Take waste - make

The North Star - Identifying the Problem

Sam and Jamie came together through careers in defence and humanitarian operations.

They both saw the same problem—waste in one place, resource insecurity in another—and realised the technology didn’t yet exist to recycle advanced materials to the standard that defence demands.

So they built it.

The Early Days - From Idea to Action

"Can you recycle body armour?"

That question launched our journey. With support from DASA and leading scientists, we developed two breakthrough chemical recycling technologies—regenerating aramid fibres and separating resin from composites like carbon fibre.

All at room temperature.

Problems We Ran Into

Our first challenge was technical—recycling defence-grade materials meant starting from zero. For two months, every idea failed. But through that process, we unlocked two powerful technologies.

The second challenge was systemic. These materials are government-owned. We had to help partners rethink waste, and co-create new procurement pathways where none existed.

No roadmaps. Just persistance.

The Vision and Impact

Across industries, billions in composites are lost to landfill or incineration. We believe there’s a better way. Our technologies help recover and reuse critical materials—cutting waste, saving costs, and strengthening supply chains.

This isn’t just about sustainability. It’s about security. As global defence production ramps up, circular solutions like ours are key to securing future material access.

Advanced materials should never be wasted.

We are an international team made up of aerospace and defence experts, scientists, circular economic specialists, and engineers. We are passionate about national security, fighting climate change and reducing our environmental impact.
